Here are some easy way's to protect and nourish your skin:

Vitamins:

In today's busy lifestyle and especially during winter we need some extra vitamins. Each vitamin has some benefit for your health and skin changes during winter. Taking a daily vitamin supplement is a must.

Water:

During winter its hard to drink the right amount of water to meet your daily minimum intake. What you can try is to drink decaff herbal teas without milk. That way you will get closer to your daily minimum water intake.

Sensitive Skin:

Sensitive skin always gets worse during winter. I normally recommend steping up your skin care routine. Skin calming products such as, Mesoestetic Hydra Vital Factor K or Couperend Cream will help sensitive skin during winter.
